Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Within 21 days of purchase, we will accept returns, accompanied by sales receipt and with all tags still attached as long as they are not "SALE" or "SPECIAL ORDER" items.  SALE ITEMS AND SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS (JEWELRY, BEDDING, FURNITURE) CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED. Refunds will be processed within 3 - 5 business days of receiving your return. Refunds can only be processed to the same credit card used for your purchase. You may also return an item for store credit and we will mail out a gift card to you.
All returns must be postmarked within 21 days. Returns sent after this time will not be honored - no exceptions. Stork’s Nest does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.

Stork’s Nest is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear or damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions. Stork’s Nest is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the return policy.

Undergarments, Bella Bands & Swimwear CANNOT be returned for credit or exchange, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.

Return Procedure

STEP 1- Pack the merchandise to be returned.

STEP 2- Write reason for return next to the item on your invoice, or a copy of the invoice, and pack it in the box. Please make sure that your name, address, phone number and e-mail address are included.

STEP 3- Peel off the original shipping label and send package with your own label back to Stork’s Nest

STEP 4- When we receive your return package we will e-mail you a reply with the status of your credit or exchange.
